Jaggery Powder:

Adrish Jaggery Powder is made from Organic sugar cane, grown and processed without the use of any artificial inputs. Jaggery Powder is made by pressing the pure juice from sugar cane. It is then placed over a chullah to heat it up at a low heat to evaporate the water before it is ground to a fine texture. The result is an unrefined Jaggery powder, which retains the natural molasses – giving it its unique caramel flavour, sweet aroma and rich golden colour.

How to use –
